I’m a lifelong New Yorker, currently studying business at Baruch College. I’ve spent a over 250 hours serving the NYC community—from making food for the homeless to helping young children complete their homework. After working as a front desk associate at 92Y’s fitness center, I became a fitness concierge. I’ve always had a passion for weightlifting, and competed in two National Physique Committee (NPC) shows.
I was born in Russia, started doing fitness activities at 10 years old, joined Army (Airborne troops) at 18 years old. At 20 years old, I started working for the Moscow Police department (SWAT TEAM). At 29 I started working as a personal trainer in Moscow, then in Spain, and the last 15 years in the USA.

One of my growth drivers during my four years as a trainer at 92Y has been the opportunity I received to work with a broad range of populations. I’ve developed a strong interest in training younger people and subsequently earned my my certification in youth fitness. I’ve also had the opportunity to lead small-group training classes for 92Y Camps during summers. My growth and development at 92Y has been amazing, and I appreciate the hard work and dedication from the entire team.
We are happy to offer you individualized workouts that are either prescribed by a certified personal trainer or virtually delivered by a trainer. Two options are available:
